Brown Dawg Guitars Sales Policy

If you're thinking of purchasing a custom-made guitar by Brown Dawg Guitars, here's what you need to know:
  1. Your name will be put on a list in the order in which it's received. At that time, a $500.00 deposit will be required. If, for some reason, you want your name pulled from the list after having paid your deposit, 80% of the $500.00 will be refunded to you.
  2. When your name reaches the #1 spot, you will be contacted and given an estimated date of completion. At this time, a 33% deposit of the total cost will be required. This deposit is non-refundable. If you cannot make this deposit, your name will drop down to the 2nd place slot until your deposit is received.
  3. When the electronics are ready to be installed, a 33% payment will be required.
  4. Once completed, you will be contacted for the final payment which includes the balance on the guitar, shipping & insurance fees. Your brand new, custom-built Brown Dawg Guitar will be delivered to your door offering you many years of a rewarding musical experience.

Brown Dawg Guitars Lay-A-Way Plan

  • Completed guitars in inventory may be purchased on a lay-a-way basis with an initial deposit of 25%. You may take up to 60 days to complete your purchase with no extra fees or interest charges. Once your initial deposit is made, your guitar will be taken out of our inventory and listed as "sale pending". Since we are taking the instrument off the market for you, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable should you elect not to complete your purchase.
